Fana Group invests in Class A and B office, industrial, and retail properties and developments. We also invest in and develop commercial and multi-family developments, and will participate in joint ventures, as both the majority and minority partner. The company prefers properties in which it can realize added value through timing, additional investment, re-positioning and sound management practices.

Minimum acquisition sizes:

• Dollar Amount – $10M
• Office – 75,000 SF
• Industrial – 100,000 SF
• Retail – 100,000 SF
