The Eight106 is a project located at the prime NE corner of NE 8th and 106th Avenue NE and is currently projected to be redeveloped by Fana into a Class A 21 story office building with 380,000 SF of office space over eight levels of below grade parking. Level 1 will include 7,500 SF of retail space with frontage along NE 8th with the office lobby entrance on 106th Avenue.
